Funding projects
Funding project 1: Digitization of tool issue (transformation projects)
The project aims to digitize the workflows for order-related tool issue and tool return. Furthermore, basic data collection of the tools used should take place. Data management is integrated into the existing ERP system, which enables real-time tracking. This digitization makes it possible to trace the handling and condition of the individual components.
Funding project 2: Digitization and optimization of process chains (transformation projects)
Our main goal with this project is to improve our internal processes by digitizing and optimizing them. We are planning to upgrade our ERP system to integrate new functions and automate manual processes. This includes extensions in the areas of: service call, technician deployment planning, mobile data capture (MDE), tool overview and system monitoring.
Funding project 3: Digitization of technician reports (transformation projects)
The goal is to create a central database with the development of a service app that enables the creation and management of reports for our service orders. Reports, some of which are still handwritten, need to be digitized and managed in a traceable manner. To ensure a smooth process, offline functionality and integration into our ERP system is crucial.
Funding Project 4: Digitalization and Optimization of Business Processes with SAP Business One (Transformation Projects)
The goal of this project is the further development and digitalization of internal business processes based on SAP Business One. The focus is on optimizing administrative and operational workflows, automating reports, and modernizing the existing ERP system. This will make decision-making information available more quickly, improve data quality, and increase process stability. First, existing processes will be analyzed and systematically evaluated. Building on this, web-based access (web client) will be introduced, along with the implementation of meaningful reports and analyses for all departments.
In addition, customer and purchasing analyses, as well as multi-year evaluations, will be developed to enable well-founded operational and strategic decisions. A system upgrade will expand functionalities and reduce manual process steps. Implementation will be carried out by a specialized service provider. The project will create a modern, integrated system landscape and sustainably improve the transparency, efficiency, and controllability of business processes.
Funding Project 5: Digitalisation and AI-Supported Automation of Product Data Management
The objective of the project is to further digitalise and automate internal master data and information processes. To achieve this, a software-based solution will be introduced that automatically imports and processes article data from SAP Business One and makes it available for downstream business processes.
In addition, AI-supported methods will be used to automatically extract product characteristics from existing information, structure them and assign them to the relevant articles. This will significantly reduce manual work while sustainably improving the quality and consistency of the master data.
Employees will be provided with a central working environment for monitoring, correcting and approving the generated data. New analysis and control functions will also enable the continuous monitoring of data quality and automated processes.
The project builds on the existing ERP system and creates a powerful foundation for modern and efficient product data management, as well as a reliable database for future business processes.
